Bates Machine, Inc. is proud to welcome Ted Russell to their management team as Quality Assurance Manager. Mr. Russell's primary focus will be the management of Bates Machine's Quality System, and his responsibilities will include implementation of system enhancements required for the achievement of ISO-9001 and EN46001.

Ted has received an A.S. in Quality Control Technology, a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, and an M.B.A. in Business Administration. An active member of the American Society for Quality, he has achieved the following certifications: C.R.E. (Certified Reliablity Engineer), C.Q.T. (Certified Quality Technician), and C.Q.E. (Certified Quality Engineer).
