Joins Leis Partners for OEM Sales
Boss
Instruments, a leader in specialty-crafted German instruments, has entered
into a sales agreement with Leis Partners LLC. In the terms of the agreement
Leis Partners will sell Boss products to the medical OEM marketplace. Boss
Instruments is a manufacturer and distributor of German and handcrafted
instruments specializing in the Spinal, Orthopedic, ENT and Vascular markets.
It also manufactures and distributes major retractor systems for spinal,
orthopedic, cardiovascular and general surgeries. Boss currently has offices
in Nashville and Germany. "We are elated to have Boss as part of our
team. We see great opportunities to provide the medical and orthopedic community
with complete sets of instruments and the private labeling of those instruments
to the OEM marketplace. We will also bring focus to the Research and Development
of new instruments in such areas as minimally invasive spinal and orthopedic
