NEPG’s Micro-Precision Grinding service was developed for the sole purpose of producing better quality, intricate wire and tubing components. Capabilities allow tolerances within 0.0001”, tip sharpness to < 0.0005”, surface finishes < 6 RMS and ground diameters as small as 0.005”.
