Background
Innovative designs,
superior quality and deliveries our customers can rely on
have propelled Jewel Precision to a leadership position
in the design and manufacturing of sterilization case delivery
systems. Jewel Precision offers one of the most diverse
lines of sterilization case product lines available. Innovative
sterilization case designs are available in aluminum or
stainless steel, thermoformed plastic (Radel™), machined
modules in plastic or aluminum and our patented material
PlasTel™. All aspects of the manufacturing process
are carefully controlled in-house. Controlling all the design
and manufacturing functions in-house allows us to offer
some of the fastest lead times in the industry. We can provide
our clients with sterilization delivery systems from concept
to conclusion. Our SurgiNizer™ Modular Instrument
Organizing System allows the user to order a wide variety
of different size trays, cases and instrument holding brackets
from our on-line catalogue to build their own sterilization
delivery system. No tools required! This system is ideal
for clinical trials or workshops where the user needs sterilization
cases and trays and does not have the opportunity to wait
for a custom system.

Cases and Trays
No company offers a wider
selection of case designs in metal than Jewel Precision.
No matter if you require a new look or help with your current
production, our engineering staff can assist you. Every
new delivery system provides us with an opportunity to be
innovative. Distinctive features of our systems include
our patented latch design, rigid silicone brackets, 3-dimensional
graphics and color coding silk-screening and anodize. |

PlasTel
PlasTel is a patented hybrid
material in which we coat a light weight aluminum tray or
case with a very durable plastic polymer. This process yields
a tray that looks and feels like plastic but eliminates
the negative drawbacks of a plastic tray. Advantages of
a Plastel tray vs. a plastic tray are improved holding of
the instruments, full scale graphics of the instruments
to aid in repacking the trays after use, elimination of
wet packing and improved sterilization validation times.
PlasTel looks like plastic,
acts like metal. |
| Machined
Propylux and Aluminum Modules When
holding very small implants or screws these trays can be
machined to very tight tolerances to keep parts from shaking
loose. These trays can be designed to be used as stand alone
sterilization trays or integrated into our other style trays.
Advantages of our machined modules include laser graphics
or silk-screen graphics of the instrumentation, light weight
construction and extremely tight tolerance to keep parts
in place.

We offer a wide variety of outstanding designs
in a wide variety of different size trays. We use Radel
5500R exclusively in our manufacturing process. Advantages
of our plastic trays include a wide variety of colors available
in inventory, silk-screen or laser graphics and rapid prototyping.
