Holmed's many years of experience in hand held surgical instruments plays a valuable role in new product evolution. We have a solid background of designs, materials, tolerances and the quality demands of the orthopaedic industry. Design— CAD operators using AutoCad software transform concepts into final designs and manufacturing drawings. Fabrication— Our skilled prototype machinists work in house with the best equipment available. When required, we work with local testing labs to insure specification, safety and efficacy of products. Production— Our extensive manufacturing plant produces thousands of parts each month. These parts are assembled for product orders as small as one piece, and as large as 2000 instruments.
