Our Laser Marking/Engraving department offers laser marking systems with 4 axis capabilities. We can perform laser marking on cylindrical parts such as calibrated bands on surgical instruments to part identification with lot numbers or serial numbers for trace ability.   We also perform deep laser engrave on medical components which requires anodizing after laser engraving.

Electron beam welding and laser welding also provides a critical need to the medical industry by offering precise welding on implants and medical instruments.  The use of these types of welding has increased overtime due to narrow welds and small heat affected zones, which produces low distortion on critical components.
