  • Okuma CNC Lathes - geared for repetitive, close tolerance turning applications.
  • Mitsui Seiki CNC Vertical Machining Centers - for heavy duty milling and drilling in soft machining applications, prior to heat treating. Many of our Vertical Machining Centers have large capacity tool magazines. Once set up, parts run virtually unattended, helping us get your parts to you faster.
  • Edgetek 4 Axis Superabrasive Machining Center - designed specifically to utilize CBN technology as an alternative to difficult milling operations.
  • Csip CNC Jig Bore - ideal for very close tolerance boring applications; located in a special climate control area and accurate to within .00005" (.0013mm).
  • Devlieg CNC Horizontal Mills - can handle work up to 58" x 120" x 20" (1473mm x 3048mm x 508mm).
  • Parker Majestic Surface Grinders - for very close tolerance grinding of edges, slots and contours.
  • Makino "Hyper 5" Vertical Machining Centers - the latest technology in technology in high speed precision milling; "Super Geometric Intelligence" allows for feed rates up to 600 IPM.
  • Mitsubishi CNC Wire EDM machines - utilize fine surface finish technology for very high precision wire requirements and offer re-threading capabilities for continuous unattended wire operations.
  • Makino RAM EDM machines - fast, friendly programming with advanced orbiting capabilities; with 3R fixturing, automatic tool changing is quick and precise.
  • Hardinge Hard Turn Lathe - very high precision turning of shapes and contours on hardened tool steel; high quality surface finishes are easily obtained.
  • Hauser CNC Jig Grinder - "High Cut" technology in which parts are constantly flooded with mineral oil, allowing for rapid stock removal without heat build-up in the work piece.
  • Moore CNC Jig Grinders - extremely precise grinding of intricate shapes and contours; continuous path grinders are programmed to automatically compensate for grinding wheel breakdown, and our Moore CNC Series 1000 Jig Grinders offer multiple part set up for repetitive hole grinding operations, incorporating a high speed reciprocating motion for rapid stock removal.
  • Zeiss and Mitutoyo CMMs - some of the many inspection tools used to insure that all DRT manufactured parts are made to precise specifications.

Global Service — In addition to our U.S. customers, DRT exports manufactured parts to over 40 countries around the world. State of the art manufacturing facilities supported by a fully-staffed engineering department using the latest in design software, including parametric 3 dimensional design, solid modeling capabilities and Finite Element Analysis. All activities atre linked together and controlled by our BaaN ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System.
