Precision Technology Inc. is an independent, privately owned, contract manufacturer specializing in the machining of plastic orthopedic implants, trial components and surgical support instrumentation.

PTI offers 39 years of experience in CNC milling (3 – 5 axis) and CNC turning (2 – 4 axis, multi-spindle) of plastics with high precision tolerance (+/- 0.002). PTI offers prototyping, small runs for clinical trials and production runs in our 52,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.

PTI machines many different plastics including: Celcon®, Delrin®, LEXAN®, PEEK®, polypropylene, Radel®, Teflon® PTFE, UHMWPE and cross-linked UHMWPE and Ultem®.
