Dedicated exclusively to providing manufacturing support for U.S. orthopedic companies.

"At Centex Machining, we possess an extraordinary dedication to your orthopedic OEM. It’s part of who we are. That’s why we adhere to the highest professional standards, coupling our extensive industry knowledge and unparalleled service with our pledge to provide you with the finest orthopedic implants, trials and precision instrumentation available.

Without our customers’ trust, we wouldn’t have been in business for so long. That’s why we stress personal service, as much as we stress quality. Simply put, we do what we say we’ll do. There is no alternative to getting it right and on time."

Customer Design Collaboration and New Product Launches are our specialty. We realize the importance of being a market leader, and Centex Machining will dedicate whatever resources are required to assure you that your New Product Launch comes off without a hitch.

Project Management On-time delivery and budget considerations are critical to our EOM clients. Our goal at Centex is to meet our clients’ requirements all the time – without exception.

Before your order is accepted, its specifications are analyzed and run times are projected with all relevant manufacturing areas represented. Engineering secures all necessary components, making certain that you will receive the best part at the best price. Our engineers then formulate machining programs to decrease the amount of time your project spends in the pre-production phase. All of this allows us to present you with the most accurate delivery date possible.

Once in production, our professionals meet daily to ensure all personnel are clearly aware of your demands and timelines. All in-process inspection data and certifications are kept with the product as it moves through manufacturing. And our engineering staff maintains all product documentation from product revisions and process changes to external inspection requirements and prints, making it available to you electronically.

Work is interchangeable on our equipment, so we can adjust to your changing requirements, matching machines to each project. Throughout, our validated processes assure that non-measurable outputs are assured every time.

First Class Machining —Our skilled, experienced staff enables us to be cost effective, flexible and responsive to our customers' needs. Our machinists are experienced with a wide variety of "orthopaedic materials" including titanium alloys (wrought and cast), CoCr alloys, (wrought and cast), UHMWPE, 300 and 400 series stainless steels, precipitation hardening stainless steels, celcon (acetal), delrin & phenolics.

Full Service Fabrication —A complete line of standard fabrication services, from one-of-a-kind prototypes to large quantity production runs. Finishing from glass bead blast, to satin and matte surface. Bending, engraving, heat treating, polishing, TIG welding, chemical finishing, passivation, anodizing, plating and precision grinding.

Quality Systems Centex’s quality management system operates under the most stringent operating principles available – performing to ISO - 13485:2003 and ISO - 9001:2000 international quality standards, and FDA regulations, including cGMP.

That’s meant a big investment in both equipment and professional personnel, but it also means our processes  are proven and repeatable, our inspections are precise, and our products meet our client’s requirements every time.
