Don’t forget Prize Drawings! We invite all exhibitors to donate prizes to be awarded to OEM/Buyer Attendees during the Welcome Reception. Previous prizes included company service certificates, golf clubs, leather portfolios, vacation packages, restaurant certificates, personal electronic devices, gift baskets including company-branded merchandise, etc.
All companies participating as event sponsors receive company logo recognition in Registration Area signage, on the Summer 2009 BONEZone cover, in the Final Program and on OrthoSupplier.com. Logo size corresponds to level of sponsorship.
Cancellation Policy
Sponsorship and Final Program Advertising – Commitments cancelled prior to the materials deadline will be invoiced at 25% of sale value. Commitments cancelled after January 31, 2009 will be invoiced at 50% of sale value.
