What's included with the booth? Booth rates are $4,800 for 10' x 10' and $9,600 for 10' x 20'. Each 10' x 10' space includes pipe/drape with 8’ backwall, 3’ sidewalls in show colors, carpet in show colors, table (draped/skirted 6’ x 30”), side chairs (2), wastebasket (1), drayage (100 lbs. direct-shipment freight handling), signage (7” x 44” with company, city, state and booth number), daily vacuuming.

You will also receive a listing in the Final Program, five complimentary exhibitor badges for each 100 sq. ft. of booth space rented, and a list of attendees following the event. Exhibitors may also insert one marketing piece in the attendee portfolio.

Note that 65% of booth spaces are reserved as of 11/20/08.

Cancellation Policy
Booth deposits and payments will be refunded as follows. Cancellations received by January 31, 2009 will be refunded in full less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received after January 31, 2009 will be refunded less a $1,200 processing fee.
