Information
Your Exhibitor Services Manuals include a chapter on Freight/Shipping. Before you ship, please read the pages titled Material Handling and Shipping Instructions.
Please note: your Marketing Materials for the Attendee Portfolio bag must be shipped to the warehouse by June 16, packaged separately from your booth shipment. Please send 400 pieces and use this label.
Advance shipments to the warehouse must arrive no later than June 16. Please use this label.
Direct shipments to the convention center should arrive on June 17. No earlier. Please use this label.
Exhibitors can also find shipping information online at www.resexpo.com or call RES at 847-696-2208. For outgoing shipments at the close of the event, RES will have a drayage desk onsite to assist you.
