What's included with the booth? Booth rates are $4,600 for 10' x 10' and $9,200 for 10' x 20'. Each 10' x 10' space includes pipe/drape with 8’ backwall, 3’ sidewalls in show colors, carpet in show colors, table (draped/skirted 6’ x 30”), side chairs (2), wastebasket (1), drayage (100 lbs. direct-shipment freight handling), signage (7” x 44” with company, city, state and booth number), daily vacuuming.
You will also receive a listing in the Final Program, five complimentary exhibitor badges for each 100 sq. ft. of booth space rented, and a list of attendees following the event. Exhibitors may also insert one marketing piece in the attendee portfolio.
