| Return to Supplier News Wednesday, April 5, 2006, Garrettsville, Ohio - Troy Innovative, Inc., through its majority shareholder, Carole Cseplo, is pleased to announce that Troy Innovative will break ground on April 13, 2006, on a 22,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at 15111 White Road in Burton, Ohio in Geauga County. Tom Cseplo, the company President and CEO explained, “Our steady growth since our inception in 1992 overwhelmingly suggests this expansion is timely as it will allow us to continue with our mission of providing ‘Innovative Action to Ensure Customer Satisfaction’.” Troy Innovative is a rapidly growing supplier of instruments and implants to the orthopaedic industry. “With our dedicated staff of local individuals whose tenacity and hard work is the key to our success, we are proud of our ability to compete with much larger companies,” said Mr. Cseplo. In 1992, Troy Innovative was started in a 1500 square foot garage in Troy Township, Geauga County, Ohio. With a lifetime of manufacturing experience, founder Tom Cseplo’s intent was to manufacture medical instruments used in spinal surgery. Acromed Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio, founded by renowned Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Arthur D. Steffee, was his first customer. The company continued its focus on spine, (the fastest growing segment in orthopaedics) adding implants to its manufacturing capabilities and by 1999, the company expanded to a 13,000 square foot building near Garrettsville, Ohio in Portage County. Troy Innovative’s plan for a new, larger facility began in 2005. With the help and the hard work of the Geauga County Commissioners and the Geauga County Community & Economic Development, the Burton Trustees, and North Coast Consulting Group of Burton, Ohio the decision was made to move back to Geauga County. Mr. Cseplo is excited about returning to the Berkshire School District in order to continue supporting his alma mater. All the officers of Troy Innovative reside in Geauga County, and they include Susan Pillot, Executive Vice President, William Dornback, Vice President, Tracy Stowe, Treasurer, Carole Cseplo majority shareholder and Secretary, and Tom Cseplo President and CEO.
