RANIER WINS CAMBRIDGE, UK SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR AWARD


Ranier Technology Limited, a UK based medical device development company, has been awarded the 'Small Business of the Year' award at the Cambridge Evening News 2004 Business Excellence awards. In order to achieve this award, Ranier had to demonstrate the strength of their innovation and creativity, marketing and management skills to stand out from other companies nominated in the same category.

Accepting the award for Ranier at a ceremony in Cambridge on 31 March 2005, Dr Geoffrey Andrews, CEO and founder of Ranier said, “We are delighted and proud to have won this award. We had a very exciting 2004, during which we significantly progressed the business plan for our artificial spinal disc technology. We have a growing team of dedicated professionals focused on applying our technology to satisfy unmet clinical needs, and look forward to continued growth and success in the future.”
