Paragon Medical Enters Into Agreement With Hand Industries

    (Pierceton, IN) –  Paragon Medical, Inc. strengthened their position as a preferred supplier to the world- wide medical device marketplace by announcing that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Hand Industries, Inc., a Warsaw, Indiana based specialist in metal finishing.  The companies will combine several resources to create a cell that will reside within Paragon’s newly remodeled 100,000 square foot building, and have a concentration on grinding and finishing of femoral knee components. Tobias Buck, Chairman and CEO of Paragon Medical stated, “Our two companies posses extensive expertise in processing femoral components, but when you merge our base of knowledge and 65 years of combined experience, the synergy created brings outstanding benefits to the medical device industry.” Although the companies expect to have the new equipment for the femoral cell in place within the next several weeks, production will begin immediately with existing equipment on several new opportunities.
