5/28/04 - PAK ORTHOPAEDICS is very pleased and excited to announce the appointment of Janis Schumacher Perry as Senior Sales Representative-Midwest Region. Janis joins PAK from EMJ Metals where she enjoyed a 17 year professional sales career, first in Cincinnati, and most recently in Memphis. Her experience and contacts within the orthopaedic community will serve her well as she provides direct sales and marketing support in Memphis for our client companies including HURON TOOL, MARK MACHINE, PAK MANUFACTURING, and PRECISION TECHNOLOGY.

HURON TOOL, a leading supplier of premium orthopaedic cutting tools, is proud to announce that Tony Rivieccio has joined their team as Operations Manager. In this new position, he will have direct responsibility for all aspects of the manufacturing processes at HURON. Tony brings over 28 years of orthopaedic production experience from HOWMEDICA to HURON, most recently as Director, Instrument Manufacturing.

Due to continued increases in demand for their domestic production capabilities of forging based hand held instruments, PAK MANUFACTURING is embarking on an ambitious expansion program to add additional multi-axis CNC equipment, including wire EDM, strengthen its programming and metrology capabilities through the purchase of upgraded CAM systems and sophisticated automatic inspection equipment, and the recruitment of technical support personnel.
