(New Concepts, Seattle, WA 10/04/06) - New Concepts (NCP) is presently undergoing Certification to ISO-13485.  NCP is a clean, professionally run machine shop with a “can do” attitude supplying high-end prototyping and production manufacturing to the orthopaedic community - specializing in 3, 4 and 5-axis machining of close tolerance complex surfaces and feature-sets in most medical implant and device materials such as CoCr, Ti, 316, 17-4PH and plastics.  Our staff works closely with client engineers helping to rapidly iterate the design of parts to improve functionality and manufacturability.  We currently have available capacity for long-term small or large lot-size production.
