MicroGroup Expands into Midwest through Acquisition of Bolt Industries Bethel and Blaine Facilities

9/19/06 - MicroGroup Inc., of Medway, Massachusetts is proud to announce the addition of Bolt Industries’ Bethel and Blaine, Minnesota facilities to the MicroGroup Family. Bolt is a manufacturer of precision metal components and assemblies for the Medical Device, Aerospace and Defense Industries. The Bolt acquisition allows MicroGroup to expand its geographic reach, customer base and manufacturing capabilities.
