ISO 13485 is the specific, internationally recognized, quality standard for medical device manufacturers and embraces the US FDA’s good manufacturing practices. Certification demonstrates a company’s ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices and related services. Moreover, the standard encourages companies to set objectives for themselves which go beyond what customers might reasonably expect in order to drive continual business improvement. Certification will support the mandatory CE marking of our several products that are labeled for sale within the European Community.
